Mark J. Curtiss, 46 of Allegan, died Wednesday, October 5, 2005 at his home. Mark was born November 26, 1958 in Plainwell, MI the son of Wayne and Nancy (Bradshaw) Curtiss. He had graduated from the Allegan County Developmental Center Program and had worked at the Allegan County Workshop. Mark was a special person, much loved by his family. Surviving are his father, Wayne of Allegan; his mother, Nancy (Robert) Landon of Portage; 1 sister, Carla (Kim) Stellrecht of Ann Arbor; 1 half brother, Scott Landon of Kalamazoo; 2 nieces, Brynn and Chae; several aunts, uncles and cousins. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2-5 pm at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel, where services will be held Monday 11:00 am. Pastor Greg Wood officiating. Interment Hillside Cemetery, Plainwell. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Special Olympics.
