of Allegan, died on Monday, April 2, 2012, at Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo. Mrs. Ellis was born July 15, 1942, in Chicago, the daughter of the late Rosario and Margaret (Radowitz) Fragala. She graduated from Linbloom High School in Chicago. Marion worked all of her life, and held many different jobs, some of which were working at the Allegan Public Library, Allegan General Hospital and the South Haven Community Hospital, as well as retiring from Bangor Public Schools. She was a devoted member of the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. On October 21, 1972, Marion A. Fragala, married Harry Ellis, who survives, also surviving are her faithful companion, "Toby", her 7 children; Margie and Ken Little of Fennville, Alice and Jeff Burza of Gobles, Dan and Veronica Bauer of Mattawan, Jim and Tammy Bauer of Bloomingdale, Harry Jr. and Emmy Ellis of Dorr, Brian and Christine Ellis of Paw Paw, and Katie and Kevin Schrotenboer of Buckley, 22 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her brother, Bob, sister, Barb, and her great grandson, Lloyd. Friends may meet with the family on Monday, April 9, from 2-4 and 6-8 pm, with a Rosary being recited at 6pm, at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Tuesday at 11 am at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Rev, Fr. Alan P. Jorgensen, Celebrant. Interment at the Church Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Church.
