of Kentucky, formerly of Allegan, died Thursday, January 24, 2013, in Louisville. Mrs. Hettig was born December 3, 1926, in Redbush, Kentucky, the daughter of Duel and Erie (Williams) Fyffe. Margrette graduated from Allegan High School in 1945, attended County Normal, and then graduated from the University of Michigan. She worked for over 35 years with Upjohn, in the International Law Dept. Surviving are her 2 nieces: Linda and Ken Anderson, Dana Gezon and Gary Ruttan, 1 great nephew: Russell Six, 2 great nieces: Laura Boter and Jennifer Anderson, 1 step son: Greg and Kathy Hettig, 2 step grandchildren: Jessica and Megan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward, and her brother, James. Private family services were held at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel. Interment in Oakwood Cemetery, Allegan.
