Obituary
Fennville, MI, died Monday, August 8, 2005 at Allegan General Hospital. Mrs. Cook was born March 4, 1931 in Allegan, the daughter of Otto and Lilly (Warner) Radke. She had worked as a nurse's aide at Pine Oaks and Bethany Nursing Homes for more than 10 years. Surviving are 5 children and their spouses, Jan and William Snyder of Illinois, Gayle and Royce Demaray of Fennville, Sue Cook of Bloomingdale, Harley and Kimberly Cook Jr., of Florida and Kelly and Al Wendt of Bloomingdale; 11 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 1 sister, Donna; She was preceded in death by her husband, Harley. There will be no visitation. Private family interment Pearl Cemetery, Clyde Twp. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association. Arrangements by the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel.
