Margaret Elaine Disbrow, 70 of Gobles, Michigan, passed away Thursday, September 26, 2019 at Ascension Borgess Hospital after a valiant battle with cancer. Born March 10, 1949 in Allegan, Michigan, Margaret was the daughter of the late Wayne and Frances (Darby) Conklin and the wife of Dennis Disbrow, Jr. She was a member of the Covey Hill Baptist Church and enjoyed playing bingo with all the ladies. Margaret spent her life being a homemaker, making life easier for her family and providing comfort, along with great meals, to all of them. She welcomed all into her home and enjoyed being there for them. In her spare time, you would find her making puzzles or doting on her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whom she loved spending time with and being a part of their lives. She also enjoyed getting away and camping. She was loved dearly by her family and all those who met her. Along with her husband, Dennis, she is survived by her children, Liz (Danny) Conklin-Robles, Shelly (Travis) Reardon, Melissa (Kenneth) Hill and Dennis (Bobbie) Disbrow III; 14 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and 2 siblings, Chuck Conklin and Ann Conklin. Friends may meet with the family at Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel, on Friday, October 4, 2019 from 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM, at which time a Memorial Service will be held, Pastor Dan Wilson officiating. Inurnment will take place at Hudson Corners Cemetery immediately following the service.
