Lulu M. (Commans) Murray of Yuma, AZ, formerly of Allegan, passed away Friday, December 2, 2005 in Yuma. Mrs. Murray was born November 16, 1914 in Monterey Township, MI the daughter of Leroy and Bertha Grace (Feltenbarger) Navis. Surviving are 3 children, Dale (Patricia) Commans of Allegan, Carroll (Claudia) Commans of Ocala, FL, Karen (Alan) Hieserich of Vinton, LA; 6 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 1 sister, Althea St. John of Yuma, AZ; 1 niece; and several nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by husbands, Lawrence Commans in 1952 and Leslie Murray in 2002, and 2 brothers. The family will receive friends Sunday, Dec. 11 from 3-5 pm at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel, where the funeral service will held Monday, Dec. 12 at 11:00 am. Pastor Fred Perry officiating. Interment Oakwood Cemetery, Allegan. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
