Lucy Carolyn Chepy, 60, of Allegan went to be with her Lord on December 6, 2020, at Allegan Hospital after battling Covid. Lucy was born on August 25, 1960 to Robert Chepy and Mildred (Waters) Chepy. Lucy was then adopted and raised by Bruce and Stella Kolhoff. She enveloped and enjoyed every aspect of life. Lucy loved Jesus which was evident in the joy and love she shared with everyone. Lucy was able to make you laugh, smile, and remember the simple things in life mattered. She loved traveling and was a joy to travel with. She had a great attitude about everything, regardless of the situation. She loved teasing people, especially razzing her father Bruce, by rubbing his bald head. Lucy enjoyed singing Jesus Loves Me, as loud as she could, making sure everyone in the room could hear her. Her many hobbies included: swimming in her family pool, looking at her magazines with her magnifying glass and writing in her notebook, spending time with her family, watching tv shows, and enjoying the many family furry pets. Celebration of Life will be held Monday, December 21, 2020, at Gordens Funeral Residence. The service will be from 5pm - 6pm, please wear masks and respect social distancing. Service Details.
