of Williford, Arkansas, passed away peacefully in his home, Tuesday, April 28, 2015. Loren was born March 22, 1952, in Dickey County, North Dakota, the son of William and Esther Ruth (Miller) Woehl. Loren, or "speed" as he was known to his friends, loved riding motorcycles, traveling, buy-sell-trade, and fixing engines. He was a retired truck driver for over 25 years, and received the Safe Driver Award from TLC. Surviving are his children: Michele and Rodney Hildenbrand, Jennifer and Terry Packard, Laura Woehl, Nicole Woehl, Lewis and Tracy Steele, Ron and Amy Sherwood; 15 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his wife: Carole (DeVriendt) Woehl, and his daughter, Sabrina Sherwood. Friends may meet with the family on Sunday, May 17, 2015, for one hour prior to the Memorial Service at 2 pm, at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel. Private interment will take place in North Dakota. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Heart Assoc.
