age 78, of Allegan, passed away Monday, October 13, 2014 in Plainwell, Michigan. She was born February 2, 1936 in Allegan, Michigan the daughter of Edward and Loretta (Welling) Weber. Lois was a lifetime member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Lois is survived by her children: Deborah (Doug) Hoffman, Sally (Jim) DeBruyn, James (Jay) O'Connell, Paul O'Connell; her seven grandchildren; her fourteen great-grandchildren; her sisters: Ethel Flynn, Rita Allerding, Mary (Jerry) Holtof, Margaret (Bill) Bailey; several nieces and nephew; and her grand dog April. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband James; her sisters: Florence Haas, Evelyn Swope, and Dorothy Opas. Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, October 16, 2014 from 5-7:00 P.M., with The Rosary at 7:00 P.M. at Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel. The Funeral Mass will be on Friday, October 17, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Allegan. Celebrant is The Reverend Alan P Jorgensen. Inurnment is at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Cemetery, Allegan.
