Hopkins Twp., MI, died Tuesday, July 31, 2007 at his home. Mr. Reynolds was born May 27, 1924 in Hopkins Twp., the son of Fred and Ellen (Stearns) Reynolds. He was a member of the Monterey Center United Methodist Church and a 1941 graduate of Hopkins High School. He had been employed at Rockwell Int'l for 28 years, retiring in 1986, and had farmed in the Hopkins area for 25 years. He was a member of the Allegan Elks for more than 30 years. Surviving are his wife, Doris (Germain), whom he married June 2, 1944; 3 children and their spouses, Pam and Dick Totten of Chelsea, Sandra and Whip Beard and Chuck and Chris Reynolds, all of allegan; 7 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 3 sisters, Cliff, Orlo, Elwin, Elda, Ruth, and Hilda. Friends may meet with the family from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Hopkins Chapel, where funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. Pastor Tony Shumaker officiating. Interment Maplewood Cemetery, Hopkins Twp. Memorial contributions may be made to Monterey Center United Methodist Church or Wings of Hope Hospice.
