Lileeann Jean Baker, infant daughter of Terri Smith and Jason Baker, passed away Friday, July 17, 2026 at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, OH. She was a fierce fighter that defied all odds again and again. Lileeann’s life started early at just twenty-six weeks and four days and it was cut far too short at only six months and five days old. Every single day she shared love with everyone she met through her eye contact, finger squeezes and smiles shared.

Along with her parents, Terri and Jason, Lileeann is survived by her grandparents, Kevin and Tina Baker and Pamela Smith; sister, Stephanie Wardell; and brother Shawn Baker. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Timothy Smith.

The family will receive friends at Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel, on Monday, August 3, 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM with a time of sharing beginning at 1:00 PM. Lileeann will be laid to rest at Oakwood Cemetery, Allegan.
