Watson Twp., Allegan, MI, died Sunday, August 3, 2008 at the Laurels of Sandy Creek, Wayland. Mr. Krotz was born Sept. 24, 1921 in Allegan, the son of Otto and Helen (Breski) Krotz. He was an Allegan High School graduate, class of 1942 and a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Surviving are his wife, Dorothy; 1 daughter, Melissa and Mike Miller of Allegan; 1 grandchild, Chris Krotz; 2 brothers, Art Krotz and Jim and Betty Krotz, all of Allegan; 1 sister, Beatrice Krotz of Allegan; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; sister-in-law, Gerry Krotz of Hopkins. Mr. Krotz was preceded in death by a daughter, Karen Krotz, sister, Eleanor Krotz, and 2 brothers, Fred and Bob Krotz. Friends may meet with the family from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel, where funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. Pastors Mark Inman and Keith Coffey officiating. Interment Salem Twp. Cemetery, Salem Twp., Michigan.
