Lawrence E. Oisten, 66 of Allegan, died Sunday, March 17, 2002 at Metron of Allegan. Mr. Oisten was born February 23, 1936 in Allegan, MI the son of Jesse and Dorothy (Miller) Oisten. He had worked for Milbocker and Sons, and Wedge Oil. Surviving are 4 sisters; Helen Myers of North Carolina, Ellen Schrotenboer of Holland, Margie Overbeek of Holland, Bonnie Ladzinski of Florida, 1 brother; Chester Oisten of Allegan, 1 stepbrother; Harold Miller of Allegan, several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by 1 brother, Donald Oisten. There will be no visitation or services, Lawrence has donated his body to the University of Michigan Medical School.
