age 75, of Allegan, passed away Friday, May 9, 2014 at Wings Home, Allegan. He was born September 14, 1938 in Kalkaska, Michigan, the son of Kenneth and Goldie (Chambers) Colborn. Dale was a mason. He was a loyal member of the Local Union 324. Dale was a veteran of the United States Navy. He enjoyed being part of the Rolling Thunder for Veterans. Dale and Marian were married on September 27, 1969. He is survived by his beloved wife Marian of 45 years; his four sons: Mark (Robin Johnson) Colborn, Michael (Chris) Colborn, Kent (Karen) Colborn, Clint Colborn; his nine grandchildren: Mathilde, Andy, Mason, Amy, Michael Jr, Kelly, Abby, Noah, Carter; his great-grandchild Madison; his sister Judy Gauld; his lifelong friends: Frank and Marti Nock, and Mike and Pat Hendricks. He is preceded in death by his parents and his granddaughter Sarah. A Remembrance Gathering is going to be held at a later date.
