Kathleen Ann Kibby (Havaich), 72, of Allegan, MI passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at the Wings Home in Allegan. Born September 29, 1946 in Milwaukee, WI, she was the daughter of the late Matthew and Katherine (Furjanich) Havaich and was the wife of the late Ivan Harry Kibby. Shortly following her high school graduation and at the young age of seventeen, Kathleen left home to go to work in Washington, DC for the Department of Defense as a secretary specializing in shorthand. She continued her work for the government for many years. Kathleen later went to work as a salesperson for Discovery Toys. She loved meeting new people and sharing her love of these toys with them for over thirty-four years and right up to her final days. Kathleen loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ with all her heart and shared her love with everyone she came in contact with. Kathleen is survived by her children, Martin J. (April) Billman, David A. (Kimberly) Billman, Ronald J. Billman and John M. Billman; stepchildren, Ivan H. "Charlie" Kibby, II and Bud M. (Suzanne) Kibby; sister, Anne Marie Bartz; ten grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. Along with her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Paula Jane Billman; her stepdaughter, Catherine Leigh Wright; and her brother, Matthew Havaich. The family will receive friends at Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel, on Thursday, May 30, 2019 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Friday, May 31, 2019 at At the Master's Feet Discipleship Ministry from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. A funeral service will follow at the church at 11:00 AM. Interment will take place in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church Cemetery at 3:00 PM.
