Hiscock, John, F., of Allegan, died January 27, 2011, in Florida. Mr. Hiscock was born January 4, 1937, in Holland, the son of Clarence and Alice (Gardiner) Hiscock. John graduated from Allegan High School in 1955, and was a Veteran of the United States Navy. He was a member of the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd. John worked for Fischer Body in Kalamazoo for over 21 years, retiring in the late 80's. On May 22, 1965, John married Carol J. Buelow, who survives, also surviving are 2 children; Randy and Lorie Hiscock, and Wendy and Jeff Simmons all of Allegan, 3 grandchildren; Quinn, Kyle and Charlotte, 1 sister, Jeannette and Jim Veenkant of Allegan, 2 nephews, Jeff and Bonny Veenkant and Jerry and Jennifer Veenkant. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2011, at 11am, at the Episcopal Church in Allegan. Fr. Tom Toeller-Novak will officiate. Memorials may be made to the Wings of Hope Hospice House.
