MCKENNEY, Jeffrey T., of Byron Center, formerly of Allegan, died Wednesday, January 22, 2003 at the Spectrum Health Butterworth Campus in Grand Rapids. Jeff was born October 23, 1962 in Clair, Michigan, the son of Stanley & Delores McCullough McKenney who survive. Jeff was a graduate of Allegan High School Class of 1981 and was currently employed with Martin Transporation Systems in Byron Center. Jeff is also survived by his wife, Sarah, 1 step daughter, Rikki Shingledecker, his god daughter, Brook Cranfield all of Allegan, 1 brother & his wife Stanley Jr. & Donna McKenney of Allegan, his sister & her husband, Patti Mckenney & David VanLuven of Bryon Center, several aunts, uncles & cousins. He was preceded in death by his step son Alexander. Friends may meet with the family on Sunday from 1-3 pm at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel where funeral services will be held at 3 pm. Pastors Earl Zager & Alvaro Sauza with the Seventh Day Adventist Church will officiate. Interment will take place in Mallory Cemetery, Trowbridge Twp. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Jeff's step daughter Rikki's Education Fund, checks payable to Jeff's sister Patti Mckenney
