Jean "Bobbie" Doornhaag, 94, of Gobles, MI passed away Monday, July 2, 2018 at Rose Arbor Hospice. Born April 25, 1924 in Otsego, she was the daughter of the late Floyd and Mary (Huddleston) Martin. She was also preceded in death by her husbands, Alden Mowry and Arnold Doornhaag. Mrs. Doornhaag worked for seventeen years at Allegan General Hospital. She loved animals; dogs, cats and especially horses. Mrs. Doornhaag is survived by her children, Tony (Marilyn) Mowry , Tim Mowry, Joni Mowry, William (Laura) Doornhaag, Daniel (Dawn) Doornhaag and Jacqueline Doornhaag; son-in-law, Paul Harrison; grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Along with her parents and her husbands, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Sandra Harrison; three brothers and two sisters. A graveside service will take place on Friday, July 20, 2018 at 11:00 AM in Mountain Home Cemetery, Otsego. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Southwest Michigan, 222 N.
