Jane E. Allen, age 71. Born Jane Elizabeth Latzig in Merrill, Wisconsin on September 3rd, 1950. Jane lost the courageous fight against cancer on January 30th, 2022 at her home in Allegan, Michigan surrounded by her family and listening to Allen Jackson sing, "What a Friend We Have in Jesus." Jane loved life and she brought that love with her wherever she went. She worked most of her life within the family business. First in Wisconsin at Badger Evergreen Farms, then moving to Michigan with her family in 1982 to run Badger Evergreen Nursery. She worked hard, traveled far and cooked much! Her love for life and fun-loving energy has given many of her family and friends unforgettable memories. Jane is preceded in death by her husband, Butch (Carroll) Allen and is survived by her four sons, Tim Mohrland (Melody), Kevin Mohrland (Tammy), Chris Mohrland (Tammy) and Matthew Mohrland; along with ten grand and great grandchildren. Jane also had four stepchildren, Kimberly Allen, Kevin Allen (Catherine), Bridget Allen (Josh) and Jennifer Hayes (Don); along with many more grand and great grandchildren.
