age 72, of Allegan, died at his home on March 29, 2014. Jim was born July 3, 1941 on the family farm in Allegan Township, Michigan, the beloved son of the late Bernard and Bernadette Flynn. Jim enjoyed living and working on the farm with his family. When Jim was young, he attended a one room schoolhouse. He enjoyed music and had a wonderful voice. Jim was an avid walker. He was a lifelong member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Jim fought a valiant and courageous battle with cancer. Jim will be greatly missed by his five brothers and three sisters. He is preceded in death by one sister and two brothers-in-law. Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel from 6-8:00 P.M. Rosary will be held at 6:00 P.M. The Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Allegan, at 11:00 A.M. Celebrant is The Reverend Alan Jorgensen.
