Wooten, Hilda I., Allegan, died Friday, August 30, 2002 in Kalamazoo. Mrs. Wooten was born April 25, 1922 in Green County Indiana, the daughter of Ernest & Fern Emery Saladin. Hilda worked for over 17 years at the Allegan General Hospital retiring in the mid 1980's. Surviving are her daughter, Pam & Peter Oram of Allegan, 1 grandson Chad Kollar of Allegan, 1 brother William Saladin of IN, 2 sisters, Sue Curtis of IN and Darlene Gilliam of FL, 1 sister in law, Nettie Saladin of IN, several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Leo and her brother Dallas. Friends may meet with the family on Monday from 5-7 pm at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel, where funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 10 am. Pastor Joseph Phipps will officiate. Interment Oakwood Cemetery, Allegan. Memorials may be made to the Kairos Dwelling in Kalamazoo or the Wings of Hope Hopice.
