Obituary

of Hopkins, died Wednesday, December 18, 2013, at her home. Mrs. Wrobleski was born May 22, 1917, in Grand Rapids, the daughter of Frank and Mary (Surlette) Hula. Helen was a life member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, in Watson. She had worked on the farm with her husband for most of her life, and also worked for over 10 years at the Allegan General Hospital. Surviving are her 5 children, Carl and Barbara, James and Carolyn, Virginia Kaminski, Sephen and Zandra, and Charles Wrobleski, 11 grandchildren, many great and great great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert, her sister, Mary Byer, 4 brothers, Stan, Carl, Steve, and Joe. Friends may meet with the family on Sunday, December 22, 2013, from 3-5 pm, at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Hopkins Chapel, where the Rosary will be recited at 3 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday at 11 am, at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Watson Twp., Father Harry Potter, Celebrant. Interment in church cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Hospice of Holland, 270 Hoover Blvd., Holland, MI 49419, or the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, mailing address is St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, 1871 136th Ave., Dorr, MI 49323.
