of Allegan, died Friday, June 5, 2009, at the Allegan General Hospital. Mrs. Pendowski was born January 19, 1922, in Decatur, the daughter of George and Belma (Wise) Willet. Surviving are 4 children; Alice and Lyle Bush of Allegan, George "Pete" and Jackie Pendowski of Gobles, Chester and Faye Pendowski and Rick Pendowski all of Mississippi, 12 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Helen was preceded by her husband, Chester, her daughter, Mary Beth, her son, Tuck, and 10 brothers and sisters. A memorial service will be held on Monday at 11 am at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel. Private interment will be held at a later date.
