Allegan Twp., MI, died Wednesday, September 26, 2007 at the Allegan General Hospital. Mrs. Ciborski was born in E. Chicago, IN, the daughter of Andrew and Mary (Dianko) Ciszczon. She was a life member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church where she and her husband, John, were united in marriage in 1942. She was a member of the Alter Society and the Lady Elks. She loved her family and friends, going out to eat and having fun. Surviving are 2 children and their spouses, Diane and Gary Fleming of Allegan and Jim and Melanie Ciborski of Ohio; 4 granddaughters, Melissa and Scott Ellis, Shellie and Ryan Abraham, Amanda Czap and Sarah and Michael Powlison; 1 brother and his wife, Chick and Mary Cizczion of Allegan; 2 sisters, Genevieve and Walter Hanson of Battle Creek and Jo Worthington of Indiana; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, John, and sister, Estelle. Friends may meet with the family from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel, where the Rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Rev. Fr. Alan Jorgensen, Celebrant. Interment at a later date at the Church Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church or Wings of Hope Hospice.
