Mrs. Creech was born May 31, 1920, in Kalamazoo, the daughter of Clayton and Ethel (Doublestein) Waldron. Harriet was a member of the Oak Grove Bible Church in Kalamazoo. She was an Avon Representative for 36 years, and drove the bus for the Allegan County Developmental Center for 20 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her 4 children; Ron and Nancy Creech, Marsha and Larry Keller, Myrna Creech, Deanna Haas, 5 grandchildren; Joshua, Johnny and (Jenny), Rena and (Ban), Darin, Joey, 1 great granddaughter, Kaylee, her sister-in-law, Helen Waldron, brother-in-law, Tildon Creech, many nieces, nephews and cousins, and her California pen pal, Karen Mallory, as well as her faithful kitty, Jenna. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter, whom she married on August 7, 1938, 3 sisters; Beatrice, Evelyn, Belva, 2 brothers; Harry and Clyde, and her son-in-law, John Haas. Friends may meet with the family on Wednesday, August 28, 2013, from 6-8 pm, at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel, where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 10 am. Pastor Robert Cosby will officiate. Interment in Hudson Corners Cemetery, Allegan Twp.
