of Fennville, MI, died Saturday, June 19, 2004 at Bronson Methodist Hospital, Kalamazoo. Gordon was born July 27, 1954 in Hastings, MI, the son of Herbert and Marion (Nagel) Brown. He graduated from Grand Haven High School, Class of 1972 and attended Muskegon Community College, earning an Associate Degree in electronics. He served in the U.S. Navy. He worked as a surveyor for many years in several states. He loved hunting and being outdoors. Surviving are 1 daughter, Chelsey Brown, of New Orleans, LA; parents Herb and Marian Brown of Allegan; 2 brothers, Christopher Brown and Dan Brown, both of Grand Haven; 1 sister and her husband, Marilyn and Randy Wolters of Fennville; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may meet with the family Wednesday from 11 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m. at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel, www.gordenfuneral.com. Jody Pratt officiating.
