of Pullman. Died Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at the Wings Home of Allegan. She was born September 3, 1931 in Kalamazoo, the daughter of the late Lawrence and Gladys (Koehler) Matson. She was married to Kenneth Mills on December 3, 1950; he survives her. She was an active volunteer with the John F. Kennedy Center and with the Kalamazoo Association for Retarded Citizens. Surviving besides her husband are two sons, Jonathan Mills of Bloomington, IN and Peter Lawrence Mills of Scotts; and two grandchildren, Steven Mills and Elizabeth Ann Mills. Friends may meet with the family on Sunday from 3:00-5:00 p.m. at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel, where a service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, November 22, 2010. Pastor Herb Curry will officiate with burial in Rowe Cemetery, Cheshire Twp. Memorial Donations may be made to Wings of Hope Hospice or Wings Home.
