Gary Roland Chouinard, 74 of Paw Paw, Michigan, passed away on Monday, August 30, 2021 at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Born January 24, 1947 in Detroit, Michigan, he was the son of the late Roland and Irene (Rose) Chouinard. Gary thoroughly enjoyed music and learned how to play the bass guitar which allowed him to follow his passion and play in a band. He had a gift for gab and was a wonderful storyteller, bringing people into his stories and having them fixated on every word he spoke. One of his favorite pastimes was traveling on his motorcycle and enjoying all the beautiful surroundings. Spending time with friends, playing music, telling stories and sharing himself with others made Gary a special person to so many. His presence in their lives is already being felt and his memory will live on in their hearts. Gary is survived by all his special friends who have been there for him and enjoyed sharing his life. Per his wishes, cremation has taken place and he will be laid to rest in Mallory Cemetery, Trowbridge Township. Service Details.
