of Hopkins, died Sunday, May 29, 2011 at Sheldon Meadows in Hudsonville. Mrs. Pease was born August 3, 1919, in Hopkins, the daughter of William and Lena (Johnston) Martin. She was a member of the Hopkins United Methodist Church. Surviving are her daughter, Roberta and Glen DeWaard of Jenison, 4 grandchildren; Erin and Marc Seaverson, Eric DeWaard and Lizzie, Paul and Beth Chrisman, and Joel Chrisman, 2 great grandchildren; Gillian and Beau, son-in-law, Lewis and Susie Chrisman, many nieces and nephews, dear friend Alice Joseph. Wilma was preceded in death by her husband, Royal, daughter, Karen Chrisman, 2 brothers and sister-in-laws; Lester and Ruby Martin and Donovan and Dorothy Martin. Friends may meet with the family on Thursday, June 2, 2011 from 1-3 pm at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Hopkins Chapel, where funeral services will be held at 3pm. Pastor Linda Burton will officiate. Interment Maplewood Cemetery, Hopkins Twp. Memorials may be made to the Hopkins Methodist Church or Safe Haven Ministries in Grand Rapids.
