Gale V Rutgers, age 83, of Allegan, passed away Thursday, July 17, 2014 at his home. Gale's family would like to invite friends to join them for a Remembrance Gathering Open House at Allegan Township Hall, on Sunday, August 24, 2014 from 2-4:00 P.M.
