Trowbridge Twp., Allegan, MI, died Sunday, December 19, 2004 at the Allegan County Medical Care Facility. Mrs. Byron was born March 5, 1915 in Saskatchewan, Canada, the daughter of Jacob and Mary (Philip) Link. She had been a member of the Cheshire Extension Club. Surviving are 3 children and their spouses, Darlene and Jim Milbocker, Sharon and Raymond Lampros, and Frank Byron, all of Allegan; 9 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; 2 sisters-in-law, Evelyn Byron of Allegan, and Priscilla Link of South Bend, IN. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter, in 2003, 1 son, James Walter Byron, and 4 brothers. Friends may meet with the family from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel, where funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. Pastor Gary Wales officiating. Interment Lindsley Cemetery, Cheshire Twp. Memorial contributions may be made to Wings of Hope Hospice or the Trowbridge United Methodist Church.
