Allegan, MI, died Wednesday, September 20, 2006 at the Allegan General Hospital. Mrs. Krcatovich was born April 16, 1922 in Topsham, Vermont, the daughter of Thomas and Maude (Whipple) Andrus. She graduated from Allegan High School Class of 1941 and was a member of the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Allegan for most of her life. She served on the Parish council, the Right to Life, Cursillo movement, and was past president of the Kalamazoo Diocese of the St. Vincent de Paul Society. She worked for several years in the payroll dept. at Rockwell. Surviving are 7 children, Peter and Dee Krcatovich of Otsego, Rocky and Patty Krcatovich of Westland, Gina Krcatovich of Allegan, Marco and Lori Krcatovich of Holland, Alice and Jeff Sousley, Tom and Michelle Krcatovich and Bill Sherry Krcatovich all of Allegan; 25 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Jim and Della Andrus and Tom and Jackie Andrus all of Allegan; 2 sisters, Alice Meiser of Plainwell and Elgie and John Gerry of California; several nieces, nephews and cousins; 1 brother-in-law, Mike and Letha Krcatovich of Allegan, 1 sister-in-law, Mary Solberg of Illinois. She was preceded in death by her husband, John, 1 brother and his wife, Charles and Barb Fredrick, 4 sisters and their husbands, Marie and Carl Thomas, Leva and Earl Thomas, Laura Fredrick and Charlotte and Ed Rumsey, 2 sisters-in-law and their husbands, Ann and Rudy Palenick and Rose and Leo Krause. Friends may meet with the family from 2-5 p.m. Sunday at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel, where the Rosary will be recited at 2 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.
