of Allegan, died Monday, July 13, 2015, at the Allegan County Medical Care Community. Mrs. Eckstrom was born March 11, 1923, in Gary, Indiana, the daughter of George and Edyth (Wentz) Anderson. Evie graduated from Emerson High School in 1941. She was a very warm and dignified Lady. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church since 1982, and was very faithful. Surviving are her sister: Dolores Moore; her nephew: William and Sue Moore; great nephews: Robert Moore Kenneth Moore, Jack Moore; her great niece, Janel Skrabanek; great great nephews and nieces: Allan, Mark, Emily, Danielle, Natalie. She was preceded in death by her husband William. Friends may meet with the family on Friday, July 17, 2015, from 11 am till service time at 1 pm, at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Allegan. Pastor Alex Steward will officiate. Interment in Hudson Corners Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Immanuel Lutheran Church. Arrangements by the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel.
