Grand Junction, MI, died Thursday, January 18, 2007 at the Allegan General Hospital. Mrs. Bailey was born April 10, 1924 in Hazelhurst, MS, the daughter of Gus and Rosie (Censist) Ransberry. Surviving are 7 children, Elaine Bailey and Carol Price, both of Chicago, Charles Bailey of Lawrence, Dwight Bailey of Alabama, Brian Bailey of California, Ronald Bailey of New Jersey and Annette Bailey of Chicago; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; 1 brother and 1 sister, Junior Ransberry and Babe Ransberry. Mrs. Bailey was preceded in death by her husband, Robert, in 2000, 2 sons and 1 daughter, Ernest Bailey, Robert Bailey, Jr., and Leola Jackson. Friends may meet with the family from 10 a.m. Tuesday until time of memorial service at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel. Rev. Jeremiah Johnson officiating. Interment Lee Cemetery, Lee Twp., MI.
