Esther Radtke, Allegan, died Sunday May 16, 2004 at Metron of Allegan. Mrs. Radtke was born January 16, 1938 in Allegan, the daughter of Harvey & Lucille (Foote) Porter. Esther graduated from the Allegan High School Class of 1956. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and taught Sunday school for many years. She worked for over 41 years at the Allegan County Court House as the Assistant to the County Clerk, and in the data processing dept. Surviving are her husband, Tom, her son, Chris of Allegan, and his fiancee, Carrie Derksen of Plainwell, 2 sisters, Joyce & Bob Mowery of Jackson and Marilyn & Stan Farnsworth of Richland, his mother in law, Corinne Radtke of Allegan, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may meet with the family on Tuesday from 6-8 pm at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel,where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11am. Pastor James H. Turner will officiate. Interment Oakwood Cemetery, Allegan. Memorials may be made to the Scleroderma Foundation
