85, of Kalamazoo, passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2015, at the Wings Home in Allegan. Eloise was born, January 6, 1930 in Clay, West Virginia, the daughter of Joseph and Tina (Reed) Jones. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Nordquist; her second husband, Garold Leversee; and her grandson, Nathan Ronald Nordquist; her granddaughter, Elizabeth Alexis Nordquist. Surviving are her three sons: Ron (Amy) Nordquist, Terry (Kim) Nordquist, and Kevin Nordquist; 13 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren. Eloise graduated from Clay High School in 1948, after marrying her husband in January of 1952, moved to Allegan, where she was a longtime resident. She worked for Rockwell, for many years and enjoyed cooking and baking. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, June 30th at 2pm, at Oakwood Cemetery in Allegan. Pastor Dan Johnson from Calvary Bible Church in Kalamazoo, will officiate. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wings Home, 530 Linn Street, Allegan, MI 49010.
