Dorotha J. Kerber, 59 of Allegan, died Friday, November 8, 2002 at her home. Dorotha was born June 8, 1943 in Grand Rapids, MI the daughter of William and Leatha (Schovey) Wiltse. She had worked at Perrigo for almost 30 years retiring in 1999, and had volunteered at the Allegan General Hospital and for Wings of Hope Hospice. She had attended South Monterey United Methodist Church. Surviving are her husband, Donald, whom she married on June 16, 1961; 2 children, Jerrie & Mike DuCharme of Glenn, Roger Kerber of Wayland; 4 grandchildren, Danelle, Kelly, Brittney, and Cody; mother, Leatha Stewart; stepmother, Clara Wiltse; brothers and sisters, William & Roberta Wiltse, Jr., William & Vicky Stickley, Shirley Glover, Sharon Wiltse, Carol Hudson, Rhonda & Keith England, Susan & Sidney Martinez, Vicky & Glen Jones, several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, William Wiltse in 1993. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the GORDEN FUNERAL RESIDENCE, Allegan Chapel, where services will be held Monday 11:00 am. Pastor Reva Daniel officiating. Interment Maplewood Cemetery, Hopkins Township. Memorial contributions may be made to Wings of Hope Hospice or South Monterey United Methodist Church.
