Allegan, MI, died Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2003 at the Allegan General Hospital. Mr. Weaver was born Jan. 6, 1932 in Allegan, the son of Elton and Leta (Cohn) Weaver. He was a mason contractor and following his retirement, he was a building inspector for many townships, most recently just for Allegan Township. Surviving are his wife, Peggy; 1 son and his wife, Randy and Rebecca Weaver of Allegan; son-in-law, Carl Frazee, and family of Allegan; 1 brother-in-law and his wife, Robert and Jean Dailey of Allegan; 3 sisters-in-law, Naomi Weaver of Otsego, Phyllis Ross and Margaret Myers, both of Allegan; several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Sheryl Frazee, 3 brothers and 1 sister, Paul, Robert, and Lyle Weaver, and Mary Leggett. Friends may meet with the family from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the GORDEN FUNERAL RESIDENCE, Allegan Chapel, where funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. Pastor Garry Bouwman officiating.
