of Allegan, died Wednesday, June 6, 2012, at the Allegan Country Estates. Mr. Sutton was born August 16, 1920, in Kalamazoo, the son of Russell and Myrtle (Gillette) Sutton. Don graduated from Central High School in Kalamazoo in 1938. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy, serving in WWII. He was a member of the Allegan Wesleyan Church. Don worked for over 34 years with Hammond Machine in Kalamazoo, and 17 years at Rockwell in Allegan. He loved to be outdoors, and enjoyed both hunting and fishing. Surviving are his wife, Frances, his son, Glen and Anna Sutton, 1 grandson, Russell Sutton, his sister, Norma Jean Gould. He was preceded in death by his sister, Velma Ponds. There will be no public services. Arrangements by the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel.
