age 83, died Saturday, November 16, 2013 at Allegan County Medical Care Community, Allegan. He was born October 27, 1930 in Allegan, Michigan, the son of Ernest and Janette (Merritt) Anderson. Denny was a lifetime member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Allegan. Denny worked at Rockwell for 38 years. He retired in 1988. He graduated from Allegan High School in 1948. Denny is survived by his wife Nora; his children: Timothy (Debra) Anderson, Scott Anderson, Wendy (Carl) Malish; his six grandchildren: Shawn, Nathan, Sarah, Michael, Megan, Nicholas; his great-grandchild Reid; and his brother Wayne Anderson. He is preceded in death by his son Stewart; his brother Ernest (Colleen) Anderson; and his sister-in-law Sharon Anderson. Friends may meet with the family for a gathering on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel from 6-8:00 P.M. The Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Allegan at 11:00 A.M. Pastor Alex Steward and Pastor Rodney Hill will be officiating. Inurnment will be at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery, Watson Township. Memorial Contributions may be made to: Immanuel Lutheran Church; Allegan County Medical Care Community; and/or, Wings of Hope Hospice.
