David Allen Walters, 61, of Kalamazoo, MI passed away Thursday, December 21, 2023 at his home.  Born June 19, 1962 in Allegan, he was the son of the late Richard Eugene Walters and Carol (Owens) Williams.  David was a member of the graduating class of 1981 in Paw Paw.  He enjoyed playing basketball, bowling, golfing and going roller skating.  David was a devoted son, brother and uncle and deeply loved his family.

Left to cherish his memory are his sister, Lucy (Rex) Strasser , step- sister Michelle Walters; nieces and nephews, Kurt, Tammy, Travis, Kris, Ronald, Cody, Nikki, Brandy and Dorothy; many grand-nieces and grand-nephews; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.  Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Richie Walters and his sister, Claudette Walters.

In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place.  A celebration of life will take place Friday, January 12, 2024 at Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel at 3:00 PM with visitation beginning at 2:00 PM.
