Wayland, MI, formerly of Allegan, died Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at the Laurels of Sandy Creek, Wayland. Mr. Bellgraph was born January 28, 1942 in Grand Rapids, the son of Eugene and Ina (Peck) Bellgraph. He graduated from Grandville High School in 1960 and had gone to Tech School. He had worked for the Allegan County Community Mental Health. He had attended Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Allegan. He had a keen sense of humor and enjoyed electronics, radio, and TV repair and repairing bicycles. He played guitar, violin and bass. Surviving are his mother, Ina Mae Bellgraph of Byron Center; 7 brothers and sisters, Charles (Peggy) Bellgraph of Wyoming, Judith (Michael) Dudek of Grand Rapids, Ellen (David) Mittlesteadt of Racine, WI, Jeanne (Peter) Brandl of Wausau, WI, John Bellgraph of Byron Center, Linda Bellgraph of Grand Rapids and Susan (Steve) Gross of Newago; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his father, Eugene, and brother, Richard. Friends may meet with the family from 1 p.m. until time of service at 2 p.m. Friday at St. Mary's Visitation Parish, 2459 146th Ave., Dorr Twp. Rev. Fr. Alan P. Jorgensen, Celebrant. Interment in the Church cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to the family. Arrangements by the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel.
