Daniel Guy Sweet, of Allegan, passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2016. Dan was born November 29, 1947 in Allegan, Michigan, the son of Howard Sweet and Mary June Rowe (Hale). He served his country in the United States Navy from 1965 - 1971. He is survived by his three children: Sara and David Harman of Allegan, Scot and Aimee Sweet of Battle Ground, Washington, and Samantha Sweet and Paul Wirth of Allegan. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren and two siblings: Rodney Sweet of Gobles and June Herpst of Onaway. He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Mary June and his brother, Wesley Sweet, and a special friend, Margaret Gaby (Meade). Cremation has taken place and there will be no services.
