of Hopkins, died Tuesday, April 8, 2014, at the Allegan General Hospital. Mr. Boeskool was born June 11, 1946, in Grand Rapids, the son of the late Elmer and Betty (Kasten) Boeskool. Daniel was a veteran of the United States Army. He was a member of the DAV, and the American Legion Post 0127, in Dorr. He had been employed for over 20 years with the United States Postal Service in downtown Grand Rapids. Surviving are his wife: Gaylin, his 8 children: Dana Hrusovsky, Brian and Shantina Boeskool, Tara and Dan Farkas, Brett Boeskool, Stacey and Adam Nelson, Dave and Michelle Waters, Bradey and Heather Waters, Paul and Jen Waters; many grandchildren; 2 brothers: Dave and Darlene Boeskool, Dick Boeskool; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may meet with the family on Sunday, April 13, 2014, from 2-5 pm, at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Hopkins Chapel, where the funeral service will be held on Monday at 11 am.
