loving husband and father, went to be with his Lord, Wednesday, March 31, 2010. Besides his family, Dale's passion was his 1996 Harley, and on the first warm spring day, doing what he loved best, he was tragically taken from his family. Dale was born, June 22, 1968, in Sioux City, Iowa, the son of Rudolph and Donna (Clark) Wahlers. Dale graduated from High School in Iowa, he worked for Baremans Dairy in Holland for over 12 years. He was a member of the Army National Guard. Surviving are his wife, Julie, 2 sons, Levi and Josh Wahlers of Allegan, his mother and step father, Donna and Howard Moss of Fennville, his father and step mother, Rudolph and Sandy Wahlers of Nebraska, his brother, Rudy and Jenn Wahlers of Wayland, 2 sisters, Missy and Jeff Ashcroft of Pullman, Mandi and Joe Engel of Allegan, his grandma, Cleo Clark of Iowa, several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his step father Mel Uehling and his step brother, Shane Uehling. Friends may meet with the family on Monday from 6-8 pm at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel, where the funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 11 am. Pastor Ray Brown will officiate.
