Cheshire Twp., Allegan, MI, died Thursday, November 18, 2004 at her home. Mrs. Radtke was born December 25, 1918 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of William and Jessie (McIntosh) Schuster. She had attended Merson Church for many years and was a long-time member of the Cheshire Extension Club. Surviving are 5 children and their spouses, Nancy and Al Yob of Niles, Thomas Radtke, August, Jr. "Bud", and Mollie Radtke, Marge and Doug Brown, and Kathy and Rick Lussenden, all of Allegan; 8 grandchildren, Lynne Yob, Larry and Diana Yob, Preston Brown, August Radtke, III and Hilda Trevino, Trista and Joey Turner, Jessica and Jason Gibson, Chris and Carrie Radtke, and Rachel Oram; 4 great grandchildren, Justin, Hanna, Sara, and Grace; 1 brother, William Schuster of Texas; 2 sisters, Jessie Nemes, and Dolly and Bill Gertler, all of Chicago. She was preceded in death by her husband, August Radtke, Sr., brother, Art Schuster, and daughter-in-law, Esther Radtke. Friends may meet with the family from 2-5 p.m. Sunday at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel, where funeral services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. Pastors Gail Pike and Don Miller officiating.
