Constance Virginia (Gerard) Miller, 87, of Hopkins, MI passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at Ascension Allegan General Hospital. Born December 17, 1934 and raised in Grand Rapids, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Lorraine Gerard. Mrs. Miller was a proud farmer's wife for more than fifty years and enjoyed working alongside her husband, the late Lloyd Miller, milking their cows. Mrs. Miller was a longtime member of Monterey Center United Methodist Church. She was a caring and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who loved her family very much.
Mrs. Miller is survived by her children, Peggy (Don) Berens, Vicky (Jerry) Berens, Nancy (Ryan) Wendt, Kathy (Chuck) Rynbrandt and Fred (Cathy) Miller; brother-in-law, Pastor Don Miller; sister-in-law, Margaret Gerard; seventeen grandchildren, thirty-eight great-grandchildren and two additional great-grandchildren who are due to arrive in the coming weeks; and one great-great-grandchild.
The family will receive friends at Gorden Funeral Residence, Hopkins Chapel, on Sunday, March 13, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A funeral service will take place at the funeral home on Monday, March 14, 2022 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Craig VanBeek and Pastor Don Miller officiating. Mrs. Miller will be laid to rest beside her husband in Poplar Hill Cemetery. Service Details. Visitation
