Allegan, MI, died Monday, September 15, 2003 at Borgess Medical Center, Kalamazoo, MI. Mr. Cummings was born October 28, 1946 in Badtolz, Germany, the son of Clavis & Elizabeth (Weiss) Cummings. He had worked for McDonalds Corp. for 15 years, currently as an area supervisor. Surviving are his wife, Celeste; 4 children, Kelly & Doug Bowers of Oklahoma, Tim & Maria Cummings, Corrie Cummings, and Melissa Cummings all of Peoria IL.; 1 grandson, Travis Bowers; 2 brothers, Thomas & Jackie Cummings of Iowa, and Pat Cummings of Kansas; 1 sister, Michelle Fluker of Missouri; several nieces and nephews. Friends may meet with the family from 6-10 p.m. Thursday at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel, where funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. Deacon William VanDril from Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church officiating. Interment Oakwood Cemetery, Allegan. Memorials may be made to Adopt-a-Pet of Allegan or Gift of Life of Michigan.
