Ada, MI, formerly of Hopkins, died Wednesday, September 3, 2009 at Faith Hospice at Trillium Woods, Byron Center. Mrs. Wiltse was born March 28, 1933 in Salem Twp., the daughter of William and Lilly (Newman) Lynn. She had been employed at General Electric in Holland for 18 years. Surviving are 8 children and their spouses, Bill and Vicki Stickley of Hamilton, Carol Hudson of Hudsonville, Rhonda and Keith England of Ravenna, Susan and Sidney Martinez of Grand Rapids, Vicky and Glenn Jones of Florida, Shirley Robinson of Grand Rapids, William E. Jr. and Roberta Wiltse of Illinois and Sharon Wiltse of Florida; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; 1 brother, Carl Lynn of Burnips; 2 sisters, Helen Whisler of Allegan and Doris Buehler of Newaygo; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; special friend, Ken Sheldon of Ada and his children, Ken Sheldon III of the Upper Peninsula, Wendy Sheldon of Florida, Renee and Gary Orcutt of Belding, Pam Sheldon of Holland and Shawn Sheldon of Grand Rapids. Mrs. Wiltse was preceded in death by her husband, Bill; daughter, Dorothy Kerber and Dorothy's husband, Donald, 1 brother, Ralph Lynn, and 3 sisters, Blanche Kenbeck, Grace Withrow and Nellie Kerber. Friends may meet with the family from 2 p.m. until time of funeral services at 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Hopkins Chapel. Pastor Dennis Kleiman officiating.
