of Monterey Twp. Passed away Sunday, February 19, 2012 at Allegan General Hospital. Age 57 years. She was born March 17, 1954, the daughter of Fred and Isabell (Sutton) Grimm. She enjoyed arts and crafts and spending time with her grandchildren. Christine was married to Teddy White on November 1, 1974; he survives her. Surviving besides her husband are two daughters, Stacie (Kevin) Gilchrist of Allegan and Jammie (Jason) Joostberns of Allegan; four step-children, Rod White of Watervliet, Kim (Mark) Lambrecht of Watervliet, Scott White of Watervliet and Troy (Alicia) White of Arizona; three grandchildren, Ashlie Gilchrist, Zach Joostberns and Urijah Joostberns; several step-grandchildren; her mother, Isabell Grimm; one brother, Virgil (Joan) Grimm; one sister, Lila (Richard) Lowman; many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Fred Grimm; and two brothers, Fred Grimm and Albert Grimm. Friends may visit with the family from 5:00 -8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel. Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 23, 2012 at the funeral home. Pastor Greg Carlson will officiate with interment at Poplar Hill Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family in care of Jammie Joostberns.
